RETURN AND REFUND
Damaged Items: We take great care to ensure that your items are shipped in perfect condition. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@editoonedshopofficial.com within 7 days of receiving your package. To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, kindly provide your order number and clear photos of both the damaged packaging and the items themselves.
Refunds and Replacements: If your items arrive damaged, we are happy to offer you the choice of a refund or a replacement. You can choose the option that best suits your needs. Please note that we may request additional information to process your refund or replacement request efficiently.
Returns for Other Reasons: If you have a reason for returning your order other than damage, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your items. In such cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees, and the returned items must be undamaged and in their original condition.

- Packages sent out from our US fulfillment centers are returned to our Charlotte facility: 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273.
Once we receive your returned items and verify their condition, we will process your refund accordingly.
